This Common Headache Treatment Can Be Used to Get Rid Of Spiders in Your Home
One common all-natural treatment for headaches, motion sickness, and more has been found to be useful in repelling spiders and other unwanted insects.

Tired of having to kill spiders in your home? These terrifying, but often harmless arachnids enter our homes in search of water, shelter, and food, despite the fact that their diet consists of other insects, which are better found outdoors. As much as we might enjoy the concept of a creature living in our home that will eat all of the pesky flies, gnats, moths, and other insects that may get inside and irritate us, no one wants spiders in their house.

Even worse, our homes not only give spiders a place to eat in comfort, they also give them a place to reproduce. So, to keep them from getting inside in the first place, we have found a mixture using common items that will repel spiders, that will also make your house smell like Christmas all year round.

Spiders apparently hate the smell of peppermint. Peppermint oil is commonly used to treat motion sickness, headaches, and many other common issues, so most people already have it in their cabinets! If not, you can buy some on Amazon, Walmart, and at other retailers.

To make spider repellant, first begin by filling a 16 ounce spray bottle with water.
Then, add 5-10 drops of peppermint oil and one teaspoon of dish soap.
Shake well.
Spray around doors, windows, dark corners, and the outside perimeter of your home. Do this once a week! It may sound tedious, but it beats dealing with spiders, and it’s definitely better than using toxic repellants indoors.
As an extra precaution, you should also make sure that your home is well-sealed by repairing any torn screens, caulking door frames and windows, and fixing any cracks in walls and floors. Also, don’t forget to remove any spider webs as soon as you find them both indoors and on the outside of your home.

If you don’t feel like going through the trouble of making the spider repellant mix yourself, Amazon does sell an all-natural peppermint spider repellant spray for around $20, and so does Walmart.
