Method 1: Getting the inactive customer activated

The procedure to activate the inactive customer is:

  • To start with, the user should log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) using the correct credentials.
  • When successfully logged in, the next should be making a move to the Sales tab.
  • Then, opt for the Customers option, and therein, the user needs to choose the inactive customers from the Customers list.
  • Then, opt for the client. Herein, a list of inactive customers will show up on the screen.
