TubPong's History of the Classroom in backrooms game

The creator of The Apartment has returned with another terrifyingly fun Roblox game. You and your companions are locked in a room with just a candle and your wits to light your way to the truth about the school's murkier past.

Search the school grounds (in near-total darkness) for keys, equipment, and other stuff that will allow you to enter locked rooms and perhaps survive whatever lurks there.

Visually, it's above average, sonically, it's fantastic, but it's the mood that truly sets this game apart. It was pitch black with barely any light to illuminate your path. School History by TubPong may sway your decision to never sneak around your school after hours.

I'm worried these games could be too scary for my kid.
The cartoonish nature of the Roblox characters is a direct result of the platform's utilization of a LEGO-inspired, family-friendly graphical style. They seem like simplistic cartoon characters with their blocky, chubby bodies. There is thus zero basis in reality.

It's easy to spot the bogeymen and monsters in these games because they all have the same proportions: cartoonish, funny, and oversimplified. As a result, it's a stretch to compare these Roblox horror games to traditional, live-action horror films.

Yet, your worries have been heard and understood. All of us here at CodaKid are staunch supporters of responsible play. We don't think the games on this list are dangerous for kids 10 and over, and smaller kids can play them with an older brother or relative.

Certain well-known horror games were excluded on purpose since we felt they were inappropriate for our target group owing to their graphic nature.

Check the reviews if the game's summary or trailer gives you pause.
