Therefore, whenever he announces the draft, it's certainly worth diving into.

On Wednesday we got the latest mockup of Kiper Jr, and Madden 23 coins there are some surprises.

"Sauce" Gardner rising to the rank of No. two overall, in the Madden NFL 23 Draft, while Derek Stingley falls

Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner has somewhat settled into the position of number. #1 cornerback at the time of the draft due to his unusual physical and athletic attributes. This being said, Kiper is the first person to place him at No. 2 overall to the Lions.

This will result in Gardner the highest selected cornerback to date. While this is a critical position, and Detroit is a formidable opponent when it comes to Gardner as well as Jeff Odukah (if Gardner can stay healthy), I'm really doubtful about investing a pick that high on a cornerback in this situation.

The flip side is that Kiper has Derek Stingley Jr. falling all up to the number. 12 with the Vikings. The player was expected to be to be in the Top 5. Fans in Minnesota will be salivating over this, but I would be stunned if we see either Sauce go this high or Stingley Jr. go this low.

If this were to happen, it would certainly disrupt things in Top 10. and it'll be something to keep an eye on for sure.

Bet on 2022's Madden NFL 23 Draft at DraftKings Sportsbook The pass rush is among the Top 10

There's an abundance of potential for pass rushers in the draft However, Kiper has been the one to go so all-in on how much teams like these players. Four edge rushers are being selected as the top 10 with Jermaine Johnson from Florida State is the one name that has been slipping in which other players haven't yet predicted yet.

This comes at the expense of offensive tackles who are lower than many have projected. I could potentially see this taking place, but the idea of acquiring the third or fourth best pass rusher ahead of an Evan Neal or Charles Cross isn't one that I like too well.

There's just one running back in my mind worthy of a first round selection, and I think the guy is an excellent player. Kiper predicts an Iowa State's Breece Hall falling to No. 38 with the Jets I am shocked.

Hall is the perfect mix of speed and power with rare qualities. I'm not sure how what he would do with the Buffalo Bills passing on him at No. 26. when a do everything back is really the only thing that offense is lacking. In fact, I'm not convinced that the Texans would pass on him too.

I'm thinking that people are likely to be amazed by how high Hall can go. I can easily see him in the teens when a team has enough faith.

I'm not opposing the notion of Cincinnati trading from the beginning for future assets, it's more Kiper has his own Jets FLEECING with the Bengals in a trade. In the No. 31 he proposes the Jets make a move to draft Iowa centre Tyler Linderbaum, who is sliding in the draft for God knows the reason.

In exchange, he gets New York giving Cincinnati the Cincinnati the. 35 pick, and a Day 3 selection. That is laughable. There is no way to imagine the Bengals changing between Day 1 and Day 2. when they can become a target in trade discussions happening overnight, and all they're left with is a mid to late round pick that is likely to not be on the squad.

This also means that the Bengals not getting OG Kenyon Green because of this trade. He'd be an ideal fit for their new offensive line.

There's a justification here that Kansas City has second and third round picks in order to address the position however I don't like it. The bread and butter of the team are Patrick Mahomes, and with Tyreek Hill's departure, they'll need to provide him with madden coins more tools.
